Who is responsible for your data

The party responsible for the data is Dr. Shalhevet Goldfeather Ben Zaken, who operates this site. For any privacy matter, please use theContactpage.

What is collected

Information is collected only when you choose to provide it, through the contact form:

• Your full name, email address, and phone number.
• The content of your message. Please avoid sending sensitive medical information in the message, as the form explains.

A limited amount of technical information is also collected:

• Cookie-less usage measurement — aggregate data about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and load times, with no cookies and no personal identification.
• Bot protection — when you submit the form, a check confirms you are not a robot, using Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Accessibility preferences — your text size and contrast settings are stored in your browser only, and are never sent to me.

Why the information is used

• To reply to you and handle your enquiry.
• To protect the site against abuse and automated submissions.
• To understand in general how the site is used (aggregate statistics).

The information is not used for marketing, and is never sold.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent — given by ticking the consent box in the form — and follows the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981. If you are browsing from the European Union, the GDPR also applies. Information about a medical condition is treated as especially sensitive, and is handled with corresponding care.

Email, not a database

The site does not store your enquiry in a database. The form sends the message by email to the practice mailbox, where it is kept only for as long as it takes to handle the enquiry, and then deleted.

Service providers

To run the site I rely on external providers, which process the data on my behalf only:

• Vercel — site hosting and measurement.
• Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection.
• Resend — email delivery.

Some of these providers may store data outside Israel. I do not sell your information or pass it on for any other purpose.

Cookies and the map

The site does not use cookies for measurement or advertising. The map loads only when you click it (OpenStreetMap); until you do, no third-party content is loaded.

Your rights

You may contact me at any time to review the information you provided, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or to object to its processing. For any such request, please use theContactpage.
